REFILL RULES

Refills can only be done in a previous candle jar where you created at Lit Vibes. It will need to be cleaned prior to your arrival and will be inspected to make sure it has not been compromised and still safe to use for your refill.

WHAT TO EXPECT 

You will be provided all materials needed to create a soy wax candle from start to finish during our 2-hour candle making event. You will first choose from our selection of colored jars or standard black/white tin depending on which option you chose above. Chandler Vivian will then walk you through the steps of creating your candle and educating you about candle care along the way. You'll get to add embellishments and will be provided a label to name your candle!

-1st hour is dedicated to creating your candle.

-2nd hour is to allow it to set to take home. During this time you are welcomed to hang out. Shop our retail space for other home fragrance needs. We have board/card games, or you can step out and visit our surrounding shops and boutiques. Come back and pickup your candle when you're ready.

Fridays 7pm-9pm

Saturdays 11am-9pm

Sundays 12pm-6pm

These times may vary depending on classes scheduled and holidays

Grace period: You are allowed a 15-minute grace period before your reservation is cancelled. Please be punctual as these events are non-refundable and your candle needs ample time to dry for you to take home.

Rescheduling

All candle making classes are non-refundable. You may reschedule your class within 48 hours of your scheduled time. 24 hours notice or same day will not be rescheduled unless there are unsafe weather conditions and we are forced to close.

Please be mindful we are dealing with hot wax. Waiver/Consent forms are given to you upon arrival and signatures are required before we may move forward.

Children ages 8+ are welcomed with parent present.

We are also available to host private events. Please reach out to us before booking your private events as we need to block off your desired timeslot in advance.
